Covid-19 Response

The health and safety of my guests has always been my top priority at Massage by Charles. I wanted to take this opportunity to express what you can expect from our office moving forward as COVID-19 continues to change our economic and social landscape. Some of these protocols have remained the same while others have changed dramatically.

- Regular hand washing will occur before and after all guest contact and after exposure to

potentially contaminated surfaces.

- All table linens used during treatment will be changed between guests.

- Frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops and cabinet doors will

be sterilized between guests.

- Bathroom facilities will be wiped down and disinfected after each guest.

- All pre and post discussion, payment and scheduling will take place in the treatment

room. Guests will be escorted in and out of the building to minimize unnecessary

surface contact.

- Masks will be worn by the therapist if requested by the guest.  A disposable mask will be provided to the guest if requested.

- Hand sanitizer will be located in the treatment room.

- New guests will be sent an electronic intake form. Please fill this out and return it online.

While there are never any guarantees, I am confident I can offer a safe and relaxing

environment adhering the above protocols and the following new guidelines. The following is

subject to change as the situation continues to evolve.

1. Each of us has a unique situation regarding immune system health and risk factors of

not only ourselves but our loved ones. Please base your decision on receiving my

services on your individual situation and comfort level.

2. If you are unwell, experiencing possible COVID symptoms, have had potential contact

with an infected individual, please cancel your appointment.

3. If in the days following an appointment, you are unwell, experiencing possible COVID

symptoms, please notify me immediately so I can take the necessary precautions to

protect myself and my other guests.
